Knife Blocks

Storage of kitchen blades has presented many problems.  These boxes filled with broom bristles are great.  You can pop the center out and run through the dishwasher.  Who knows what evil lurks in all those slots.

These boxes are made by Kapoosh, available at Bed, Bath & Beyond and many chef shops.

We can make custom boxes for special orders, which are then custom engraved with the chefs name.
